Postage Rates

Parcels are dispatched within 48 hours and are collected from us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We do not post on Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends or Bank Holidays.

Within the UK: UK postage is a flat rate of £2.95.  All items mailed within the UK will normally be sent Royal Mail First Class if price is below £25 and First Class Recorded Delivery if over £25.  Royal Mail aim to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed.  If you require your parcel urgently we advise you select Special Delivery.

If you require guaranteed next day delivery please select Special Delivery at checkout (but please be aware that these won't be dispatched on a Tuesday or Thursday).  The Special Delivery option applies for orders placed before 10am and for orders less than 2kg.  Orders placed after 10am will be posted the following posting day using Special Delivery.  The flat rate for Special Delivery is £7.50.  Please note that we only post Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Therefore a purchase placed on a Friday afternoon will be posted the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday.  Special Delivery is only guaranteed for week-day delivery, and not Saturdays.  However, we have found that orders posted using Special Delivery on a Friday usually arrive on Saturday.

European buyers: Postage and packaging (P&P) is £8.50 for the first item and then £2 for each additional item paid for on the same invoice (ie. £8.50 for one item, £10.50 for 2 items, £12.50 for 3 items).  We send European parcels using Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For.  Royal Mail aim to deliver International Signed For Airmail within three working days to Western Europe and four working days to Eastern Europe, but please allow up to 14 days.  If you require quicker delivery please contact us for a courier quote, which will cost more.  We cannot dispatch to PO Boxes as a signature is required by Royal Mail and couriers.

For buyers outside of Europe (USA, Canada, Asia etc): P&P is £12.00 for the first item and then £3 for each additional item paid for on the same invoice.  We send international parcels using Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For.  Royal Mail aim to deliver International Signed For Airmail within five working days to international locations outside Europe, but please allow up to 14 days.  If you require quicker delivery please contact us for a courier quote, which will cost more but may be delayed in customs.

Important Notice: Postage to USA usually takes 5-10 days, but please note that there may be further delays of up to 2 weeks.  Since Nov 2010 the United States Department of Homeland Security is continuing to require increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, some mail entering the US from around the world, and including the UK, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes, causing delays.

We send all Interational parcels by Airmail International Signed For or courier (usually Parceline or UPS) so a signature is required upon receipt.  If an order consists of multiple items we may send 2 separate packages.  We cannot dispatch to PO Boxes as a signature is required by Royal Mail and couriers.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay local customs fees, import tax etc.  We do not falsify information on the customs form as this is illegal.
