The French Quarter dress is a perfect cocktail dress. It is a black medium weight stretch fabric with striking red gathered ruffle detail around the bottom flounce. The bodice is extremely flattering with gathering across the bust. The dress has cap sleeves which can be worn on or off the shoulders. The dress length is approximately 34 1/2" from under the bust. MADE IN THE USA
Sizing: Even though there is some stretch to this fabric the dress is on the small end of the size chart. I have changed the selections accordingly, I'm a size 12 and the XL fits me well.
