This rockabilly black party dress has large white or red polkadots and black satin belt which ties to the front or back of the waist. The entire bodice and waist of the dress is elasticated (shirred) for a perfect fit. The dress is strapless but still looks great with a black bra worn below. The full circle skirt flares from the waist and there is an inner black cotton skirt with black net trim to add volume. Wear with a below-knee petticoat for even more flare! The upper skirt measures approx 53cm from waist to hem, just below the knee, and is trimmed with black ribbon.
