This knee length petticoat skirt is superb alone or under your kneel-length rockabilly dress to add loads of volume. This gothic skirt consists of 2 tiers of soft black mesh with ruffled mesh frills at the hems. The skirt is approx 20 inches in length with elasticated waist. If worn on the waist the skirt is above-knee, or knee length if worn on the hips (that's on me, I'm 5'4"). Choose from black, black/pink, black/purple and black/red to complement you rockabilly swing dress or skirt.
