A pretty party dress made from cotton with delicate floral print. The entire bodice of the dress is elasticated (shirred) for a perfect fit and the dress is strapless with a black ribbon at the waist which can be tied into a bow at the back or front. The full circle skirt flares from the waist and is trimmed with a band of black satin ribbon. There is an inner black cotton skirt with black net trim to add volume. Wear with a below-knee petticoat (5180) which is available separately for even more volume! The upper skirt measures approx 53cm from waist to hem, just below the knee.
