Black Polkadot Party Dress with Shirring

A pretty black party dress with white polkadots and black satin belt around the waist.  The entire top of the dress is elasticated (shirred) for a perfect fit.  The dress is strapless but still looks great with a black bra worn below.  The full circle skirt flares from the waist and there is an inner black cotton skirt with black net trim to add volume.  Wear with a below-knee petticoat for even more flare!  The upper skirt measures approx 53cm from waist to hem, just below the knee, and is trimmed with black ribbon.
