Black cotton vintage dress with white polkadots, with puff sleeves, large bow across the bust, a sweetheart shaped neckline and a black satin belt to accentuate the waist. The inner lining skirt has black net hem. The flared skirt measures 24 inches from waist to hem.
Fabric: 97% cotton, 3% elastic.
Please note: A 24 inch petticoat is worn in the photographs, this is available separately.
