Black cotton vintage dress with white floral print, with puff sleeves, large bow across the bust, a sweetheart shaped neckline and a black satin belt to accentuate the waist. The inner lining skirt has black net hem. The flared skirt measures 24 inches from waist to hem.
Fabric: 97% cotton, 3% elastic.
Please note: A 24 inch petticoat is worn in the 3rd photograph, this is available separately.
A customer mentioned that although she's a size 12 this dress in M was too tight across the chest. So she suggests that if your cup size is more than a B/C you may need a bigger size.
